Product Subject Matter Expert (US Market) Goal:
Responsible for increasing and developing visibility, positioning, and customer relationships for the company within the US market.
Role and Responsibility:
Prepare and present product and design presentations for customers, including moderation and leading of product definition and design workshops.
Establish deep relationships with fence contractors to create “Raving Fans” based on deep product life-cycle understanding, and continuously update customer profiles.
Understand each customer’s business model and geographical coverage.
Attend meetings to help guide future initiatives for customers.
Champion the value of design and foster a culture of empathy within the company by building and maintaining trust-based relationships with executive and partner groups across the customers.
US Market positioning:
Attend conferences to continue increasing this knowledge base while building relationships with leading experts in the field.
Present at conferences on behalf of the organization.
Analyze and update the segment, growth, competitive situation, market dynamics in North America.
Identify growth opportunities in North America with both existing and new customers, and iterate new value propositions:
Focused on specific US territories, becoming responsible for the new customer relationships and market expansion within those territories.
Create deep relationships with those customers in order to represent and grow sales.
Generate new leads through workshops and developing sales pipeline.
Partner with the Product Delivery teams on new products development to address our customer’s needs:
Work along with Uruit projects in close communication with our clients during the Product Strategy stages, adding value to Uruit delivery processes.
Be a point of reference for other company areas regarding US best practices, learnings, and cultural and thinking differences.
Collaborate with the internal comms team to share the latest news in the market and field.
Review the material published by the company to ensure accuracy with the US market.
Additional Details:
This role requires you to live and travel up to 50% (primarily the West Coast), and you will work from your home office when not on the road. The ideal candidate would be located in the United States, or have the documentation Required to Work in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Have extensive knowledge and practical impact on product strategy, design and development
Demonstrated success in business development, product management, or commercial account management.
Demonstrated project management skills with a history of completing high quality work meeting deadlines
Excellent analytical skills and cognitive thinking skills.
Ability to work well independently, but demonstrated team orientation.
Good communicator as will be expected to present to customers and at internal meetings
Good interpersonal skills
Experience successfully working in cross-functional teams
High level of creativity, out of the box thinker
